About Employer:
Your employer specializes in providing luxury wellness solutions, mainly high-end hot tubs, to discerning customers. As they expand their market presence, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join the team in the UAE.

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires relocation to the UAE and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales department to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership within the wellness industry, preferably luxury hot tubs.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, particularly within the luxury goods sector.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
