Job Overview:
This is a full-time position requiring 39 hours per week, working closely with all team members to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Plan and execute events to promote our services and brand.
- Conduct client negotiations and manage contracts.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of marketing experience in the recruitment field.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing marketing campaigns, event management, client negotiations, and contract management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
